Historia

Se dice que la palabra NAGSICHE es un aforismo que significaba “NO MAS”. Esta fue utilizada por los Panzaleos y los Incas, para expresar que las abundantes cosechas y las tierras que poseían eran suficientes.

En este valle los Incas Huascar y Atahualpa (hermanos y enemigos guerreros a muerte), se encontraban cuando llegaban a visitar a sus padres, la princesa Pacha y Tupac Yupanqui. Ellos habitaban en Mulalillo, siendo Nagsiche el único lugar donde ellos no guerreaban. La expresión “NO MAS” se aplicaba para ellos también ya que aquí no había mas enfrentamientos.

Nagsiche fue propiedad de la orden Jesuita, hasta que fueron expulsados del país en 1865. Quedan pruebas y vestigios de los viñedos que sembraron para la obtención del vino y su presencia en estos predios.

Esta hacienda colonial mantiene muchas de sus estructuras como ancestralmente fueron y aquí se respira un aire de primavera durante todo el año.
